• DisasterCAREHub Dashboard: See all the data entered at a glance to ensure resident care and safety in a disaster or for State compliance (Includes an option to also share relevant data securely with local emergency personnel and Counties)
• DisasterCAREHub Resident Enter and maintain records for each resident in a central location, including all required forms and documents
• DisasterCAREHub Medication Record the use and monitoring of all medications, including psychotropic and narcotic medications
• DisasterCAREHub Caregiver Portal: Record caregiver activities related to ADLs and Care Notes, including any supporting documents
• DisasterCAREHub Facility: Setup and maintain all facility information –including emergency plan– and upload any supporting documentation
• DisasterCAREHub Administrator: Manage users, compile reports, respond to and send notifications to residents, resident families, first responders, and even County administrators (LPAs)
• DisasterCAREHub Exceptions Handling: Expedite exceptions with forms LIC 500 and LIC 9020 remotely
• DisasterCAREHub Reporting & Monitoring: Handle Response to Complaints and Annual Inspections online in a secure platform
