As the Founder & CEO of Facility Compliance Solutions, Inc., Kimberly Geis is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the caregiving industry. She founded and ran two successful residential care facilities for the elderly (RCFEs) businesses and sold her first two companies to focus on DisasterCAREHub™, a SaaS platform she invented which launched in early 2023. Ms. Geis oversees all facets of the business. Her team approach to decision-making and strategic planning along with a proclivity for Operations allows her to lead and train customer-centric personnel who believe in her vision and are committed to the company’s mission.
Sarah Autrand
CMO
Sarah Autrand serves as the acting CMO at Facility Compliance Solutions, Inc. Ms. Autrand has 25 years of experience acquired from a career spanning 6 top brands and over 30 successful startups. She has worked with University of Phoenix and other leading technology companies, including RingCentral, Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), Fujitsu, and Sun Microsystems, as well as numerous emerging and midrange technology companies in a broad range of software categories, most of which have been acquired or continue to thrive as businesses. The bulk of her experience is in B2B software categories such as business performance management, big data, business intelligence, AI, enterprise security, DevOps, document management, PaaS, SaaS, VOIP, mobile, application performance management, application lifecycle management, and Fintech. Not limited to marketing information technology, her background includes marketing for life sciences organizations including Anresco Laboratories, BioCare Medical, Rhausler (spinal implants), Spinal Integration, LLC, and more.

Justin Busa is the CTO and principal software architect at Facilities Compliance Solutions, Inc. Having served over 7 years in the United States Air Force as a Technical Engineer, he has over 20 years of experience owning and operating PSOL and has a background in leading IT, Cybersecurity, and Access Control Engineers.

Jery Colt is the lead developer of DisasterCAREHub at Facility Compliance Solutions, Inc. and has been with company since its inception. Mr. Colt has spent the last 20+ years building software programs from initial idea to full functionality. His knowledge and experience of numerous program languages such as JavaScript, Python, SQL, C, C++, C#, PHP, R, and Ruby have proved valuable to create and manage the robust SaaS product, DiasterCAREHub.
